Gianni & Origoni（GOP）是一家屡获殊荣提供所有商业法律领域咨询的律师事务所。
成立于1988年，GOP目前有470余名专业律师分布在罗马、米兰、博洛尼亚、帕多瓦、都灵、布鲁塞尔、伦敦、纽约及上海办公室工作。GOP作为意大利最大的律师事务所被公认为意大利境内外法律服务行业重要的一员。
在所有这些领域我们都被国际权威法律评级机构评为领先意大利律师事务所之一。

发展历程

Gianni & Origoni（GOP）成立于1988年，以建立一家真正的国际商业律师事务所为目标。因此我们一开始就在罗马、米兰和纽约同时开设办公室。随后事务所又在其他欧洲的金融中心开设了分所，分别为：伦敦，银行和金融市场的交汇地；布鲁塞尔，欧盟有关的跨境交易问题的必要城市。通过在意大利开设的多个办事处GOP加强了与意大利客户的关系。多年来事务所与世界各地的主要国际律所建立了紧密的联系。在2007年，我们设立了中国和印度业务部，专为在中国和印度的客户提供量身定制的法律、税务以及商业咨询。2010年，随着在阿布扎比办公室的启动GOP作为阿拉伯联合酋长国的第一家意大利律师事务所，在国际化的又道路迈出了新的一步。
2014年，GOP在远东金融中心香港设立了办公室。
香港办公室成立后4年，在2018年GOP在中国大陆开设上海办公室。
GOP如今可通过470专业律师通过罗马、米兰、博洛尼亚、帕多瓦、都灵、阿布扎比、布鲁塞尔、香港、伦敦、纽约和上海办公室在全球为客户提供服务。
