Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners strengthens Labour team with new partner hire

Milan, December 13, 2012 – The International law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners continues to grow and announces the admission of Paola Tradati and her team of 6 professionals which include: counsel Nicola Bonante, and associates Pietro Scianna, Roberta Padula, Andrea Gaboardi, Nicolò Farina and Micol Peron. They will all join the Labour department in Milan.
Paola joins from Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci where she was Managing Partner. She specialises in industrial relations, restructuring, stock option plans and in business contracts. Member of the Italian Court of Cassation, Paola is often called upon to speak at international conferences and has written numerous legal publications on occupational and labour law. She is a member of AGI (the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association), of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) and of IBA (the International Bar Association).
Nicola Bonante returns to Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners as counsel. Specialising in all areas of labour law and industrial relations, he also advises in complex company restructuring and reorganization, in trade union negotiations, in contentious matters and all labour aspects involving extraordinary transactions. He is a member of AGI (the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association).
The firm’s Labour department now comprises 26 lawyers, among which are 5 partners, 2 counsels and 19 associates.
