Milan, February 6, 2019 – The prestigious magazine Project Finance International awarded two deals followed by our firm during the 2018 “PFI Awards":
Solar Deal of the year - RTR: for our assistance to Terra Firma in the sale of its photovoltaic assets in Italy to the F2i Sgr S.p.A. The portfolio sold is the largest in terms of number of plants and installed power in the photovoltaic sector in Italy, which is owned by an independent operator and one of the largest in Europe.
Telecomms Deal of the year - Open Fiber: for our assistance in relation to the financing of Open Fiber S.p.A. aimed at the realization of the Industrial Plan. This was the largest structured finance operation in the EMEA area (Europe, Middle East and Africa) aimed at developing a fully optical fiber access network.
