Milan, February 21, 2019 – The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners was a winner Thursday night during the 2019 Legalcommunity Finance Awards. It took home the award for “Best High Yield Practice”.
The gala evening took place in Milan at the "Excelsior Hotel Gallia" in front of over 700 participants, among which several members and associates of the firm’s Finance team and not only, who collected the award.
In awarding this prize, the jury- composed of General Counsel and Heads of Corporate and Legal Affairs of leading companies and banks- stated: “The solid reputation in the Banking & Finance sector has also contributed this year to generate important mandates for the firm, including a complex refinancing implemented also through the issuance of a high yield bond of over 1 billion".
