Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners approves its financial statements, overhauls its management appointments and confirms re-election of the two Managing Partners

July 27, 2017

Rome, July 27, 2017 – At the Partners’ Meeting held on July 13th, international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners approved its financial statements, which continue to show an unbroken growth trajectory, confirming the firm's primary standing and leadership position in the Italian legal market.

The Meeting also elected new Executive and Compensation Committees whose members will remain in office for the next two years.

The members of the Executive Committee are Francesco Gianni, GianBattista Origoni, Antonio Auricchio, Rosario Zaccà, Pietro Buccarelli, Antonella Capria and Gabriella Covino.
The members of the Compensation Committee are Francesco Gianni, GianBattista Origoni, Paolo Gnignati, Emanuele Grippo, Mauro Sambati, Ottaviano Sanseverino and Saverio Schiavone.

The composition of these two committees was based on new criteria and represents a novel approach: seasoned professionals who have already carried out management roles in the Studio will serve alongside new professionals without prior management experience with the aim of re-energizing the ethos of participation in all aspects of the firm’s business.

Selection to the committees took full account of the firm’s policy of fair representation amongst its members in terms of gender, seniority and the spread of branch offices.

Antonio Auricchio and Rosario Zaccà were both confirmed in their roles as Managing Partners and will serve further terms of office.
