Milan, November 18, 2019 - The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners was a winner at the Milan TopLegal Awards, the annual event that recognizes and celebrates top professionals in the legal sector.
Francesco Gianni was nominated as “Professional of the Year- Corporate/M&A”.
In awarding this prize the jury stated: “He personifies intelligence, professional ability and good manners. These are the evaluations made by the technical commissioners, who were impressed by [Mr. Gianni’s] assistance to Assicurazioni Generali in the sale of one of its branches for over 1.5 billion.”
The work of all the nominated firms was evaluated by a technical jury - composed of General Counsel and Heads of Corporate and Legal Affairs of leading companies and banks.
