Ilaria Monorchio specialises in administrative law and has judicial and extrajudicial experience in a wide range of issues (public contracts, profiles of derivative transactions entered into by public entities, assignment of receivables vis-à-vis public entities, national and European public subsidies, pharmaceutical law, CE marking and product safety directives).
Ilaria graduated cum laude with a law degree from Rome’s “LUISS Guido Carli” University and is admitted to practice law in Italy.
Ilaria has a postgraduate degree in International Business Law from King's College, University of London and also spent a period in secondment at Linklaters in London.
She is a member of the Italian Bar and she is entitled to act in front of the Superior Courts.
Ilaria speaks Italian and English.
