Giovanni Mastrangelo is actively involved in structuring national or cross-border transactions, aimed at rescuing companies or groups in zone of insolvency, and in the assistance for the acquisition of distressed companies or of the relevant assets.
He assists multinational groups and large enterprises, active in the fashion, luxury, gaming, automotive and constructions sectors, in managing their relationships with clients and suppliers in default or under financial distress. He also focuses on civil, corporate and insolvency litigation.
After graduating in Law from the University “Luigi Bocconi” in Milan, Giovanni obtained an MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford (Wolfson College).
He speaks Italian and English.
