Lavinia Maria BERTINI
Associate

Lavinia Maria Bertini specializes in corporate and commercial law, advising domestic and multinational companies in relation to M&A transactions. Her activities include the drafting of by-laws, corporate resolutions, commercial agreements, as well as the assistance in corporate-related matters and commercial issues in day-by-day operations.
She joined the Firm in 2011 in the Research and Legislative Update department, where she gained experience in monitoring the law-making process with a focus on corporate law and specific regulatory issues.
In 2013 Lavinia graduated cum laude in Law (majoring in corporate and tax law) from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome, with a final dissertation concerning the use of commitment decisions in the antitrust enforcement. She also spent part of her academic studies at the London School of Economics and the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.
She is enrolled with the Rome section of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
