Eugenio Falcone covers the environmental, zoning and building aspects in the real estate development’s processes and real estate transactions that involve the acquisition, management and disposal of real estate portfolios.
Eugenio joined the firm in 2005. Previously, he worked in other law firms based in Rome, as advisor in zoning and building matter, in the processes of real estate development; negotiation of complex zoning agreements; implementation of public housing projects; protection and valorisation of landscape, parks; general legal aid for main building contractors.
He has authored a number of publications on environmental, zoning and building matters.
Eugenio Falcone graduated in Law from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. He specialized as “Environmental Legal Expert”. He participated in the 44th Annual Session organized by the Academy of American and International Law, in Dallas.
He also held an assistant position at Rome University.
He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2003.
