Sara Poetto advises on company law and M&A activity, with a focus on the real estate. Her practice also includes advising on real estate development projects, construction, property management, lease agreements, real estate investment funds and relation between asset management companies (SGR) and investors.
Sara joined the firm in 2009, having before gained work experience in a renowned law firm in Milan and in an important law firm based in London.
She graduated in Law at the Turin university in 2007.
