Augusta Ciminelli practices Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. She specializes in interim relief, domestic and international arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and with the major international institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce. She is also well versed in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, with particular regard to commercial lease agreements.
She graduated in Law from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. In 2000 she attended the University of Texas, Academy of American and International law. In 2001 she participated in PIDA Training - International Commerce Arbitration (ICC International Chamber of Commerce) and in 2002 in an IAAP Workshop - International Advanced Arbitration Practice Workshop (ICC International Chamber of Commerce).
She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1996 and is a member of Young Lawyers of Rome as well as an Alumna of the Academy of American and International Law.
She speaks Italian and English.
