Partner

Daniele Vecchi specialises in arbitration and general commercial litigation with a focus on product liability, urgency measures and conflict of law. He advises domestic and multinational corporations in commercial transactions with specific reference to IT and data protection issues.
Daniele has delivered lectures at numerous conferences across Europe including, “Pharmaceutical Product Liability in Italy”, conference “Pharmaceutical Product Liability”, organized by C5, in London and “Obblighi in materia di Data Retention e trattamento dei dati”, Seminar organized by Computer Associates in Milan. His written work has appeared in several law texts, most recently, “Grundsätze des Italienischen Zivilprozessrechtes“ (Institution of Civil Italian Procedure), in BARBIST – RUNGG, “Ihr Unternehmen in Italien“, LexisNexis, Wien 2006.
He speaks Italian and English.
