Francesco Edoardo Ascione has joined the Firm in 2008 specializing in real estate and construction field. He provides legal assistance to leading Italian and international operators on domestic and cross-border transactions mainly focusing on real estate and construction sector. Over the years he has been involved in many sizeable real estate transactions comprising acquisition and disposal of large multi-million real estate portfolios (encompassing office, residential, retail, logistic, hotel & leisure, healthcare and senior living facilities, for the most part), redevelopment of real estate complex (office towers, shopping malls, residential complex etc.), development of greenfield, assistance in public divestment procedures for the national debt reduction purpose, “sale and lease back” of logistic and health-care complex. His clients include real estate and private equity funds, pension funds, public entities, domestic and international banks, wealthy individuals and family offices engaged in real estate investments, multinational investment companies.
Francesco graduated in law (Master of Arts-LAW), “magna cum laude” (highest honours), at the University of Naples Federico II, Napoli, Italy.
He has attended and became “fellow” of the Academy of American and International Law, at the “Center for American and International Law”, 5201 Democracy Drive, Plano, Texas, USA.
He has attended the Advanced Legal / Business English program at the University of San Diego Extension (UCSD), 9500 Gilman Drive, La Jolla, CA, USA. 2015. Graduated with “A”.
