Alice Rinaldi works in the Antitrust and Regulatory Department, assisting clients in antitrust proceedings opened by the Italian Competition Authority, in private actions for damages arising from infringements of competition law, as well as in relation to antitrust compliance programs.
Before joining the Firm, Alice worked as an undergraduate intern in the Antitrust Department of a leading Italian law firm in Rome.
After having spent a semester as an Erasmus student at the University of Glasgow (2018), Alice graduated with honors at the University of Pavia (2019), discussing a thesis written in English on the interplay between Competition Law and Data Protection. In 2017, she attended the Summer School in Competition Law & Policy organized by the London School of Economics and Political Science. Alice was a member of the University of Pavia team at the XXVI Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
