A team of lawyers exists within our department dedicated to handling all legal issues (from copyright to privacy, antitrust and regulatory) for both Italian and overseas-based clients operating in the media sector.

Our specialist services are targeted at media service providers, content providers, network operators and ISPs (Internet Service Providers), and encompass contracts, opinions, administrative proceedings to obtain permits and authorizations, as well as all kinds of litigation – both judicial and administrative – concerning acquisition, production, communication to the public and distribution of audio-visual content and events of every kind (from television to cinema and sports) and TV channels on all electronic communication networks (from digital to satellite, cable, IPTV, Internet), both linear and non-linear.
