We assist public territorial entities in the drafting of environmental laws and regulations and other implementing measures in the field of waste, water and land contamination. We have been involved in drafting law on the industrial waste management.
We have assisted several mandatory and voluntary consortia in the fields of packaging and packaging waste to promote compliance with recent regulatory changes. The expertise in this sector includes assisting several other consortia. We have assisted a major international consortium participating in the first privatization procedure in Italy in the field of airport service management. The assistance was related to the support, both in environmental and privatization matters required by the specific public provisions to that procedure.
