Federico Dettori specialises in corporate and commercial law.
He has developed a broad experience in M&A and Venture Capital, with a special focus on procedures regarding Italian and International Companies, as well as small and medium-sized innovative companies.
He advises industrial companies, entrepreneurs, funds and Venture Capital operators in acquisition transactions, investments, sale or purchase of majority or minority stakes. He also assists Start Ups or Scale Ups in growth investment transactions and in crowdfunding operations on regulated platforms.
He joined the firm in 2002 after working at EY Law.
Federico studied for his law degree at the University of Bologna and he has been a member of the Italian Bar since 1992.
He speaks both Italian and English.
