Paolo Stella gained significant experience in insolvency procedures, company crisis and turnaround, handling important restructuring transactions. In particular, he provided assistance to the Extraordinary Commissioners of various companies admitted to the extraordinary administration procedure, with specific reference to the examination of claims and, generally, to the company crisis management. He also gained significant experience in civil and corporate litigation.
From 2005 to 2011 he worked in a leading Italian law firm based in Rome, focusing on civil, commercial and bankruptcy law and relevant litigation.
Paolo graduated in Law from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome in 2005.
He has been admitted to practice law in Italy and he is a member of the Rome Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
