Mariangela De Cesare advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters for domestic and international companies and public institutions, with a particular focus on zoning and building matters, town planning, implementation of real estate complexes.
Moreover Mariangela worked as a secondee, from November 2019 to February 2020, at an important company with offices in Italy and abroad, providing legal services in the real estate matter.
In 2013 she graduated cum laude in Law (majoring in administrative law) from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome, with a final dissertation concerning the public real estate leasing. In 2015 Mariangela specialized at the School of Legal Profession (Scuola delle Professioni Legali) of Roma Tre University and, at the same time, she attended an internship training at the State Council.
She is a member of the Foggia Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
