Giulia Concato collaborates with the Intellectual Property, TMT and Cybersecurity department, assisting Italian and foreign clients in all areas related to the protection of intellectual property, such as trademarks, patents, design and copyright, as well as unfair competition and advertising.
Before joining the firm in October 2020, she worked in a boutique law firm in Milan specialised in intellectual property, advertising and new technologies.
Giulia graduated in Law at Luigi Bocconi University of Milan, with a thesis on Blockchain and the protection of intellectual property rights. In 2018, she attended the THEMIS program at Esade Ramon Llull University, obtaining the Joint Certificate in International and Business Law.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
