Leonardo Scuto provides assistance on environmental law, especially on regulatory issues related to air emission, wastewater discharges, waste management, clean-up procedures, authorization and permit proceedings.
He graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Milan in 2021, with a research thesis on European Union Administrative Law entitled “The digitalization of the Italian Public Administration and the European Green Deal”.
He participated in Erasmus Program at the University “Adama Mickiewicza” in Poznan (Poland) from September 2019 to February 2020 attending the courses on International Criminal law, European migration Law, European Union Law.
He is currently enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
