Chiara specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial law, and advises mainly in the area of hotel transactions, with the drafting and negotiation of business contracts.
She graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2018. During her academic career, she attended the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid as part of the Erasmus program, through which she was also able to approach international law.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
