Nicole Poon

Associate

Nicole specialises in contractual and corporate disputes, insolvency matters and commercial fraud cases, dealing also with injunction and disclosure applications.

Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Nicole worked in a boutique law firm in Hong Kong specialising in commercial litigation and cross-border disputes.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Laws from the University of Birmingham, in the United Kingdom in 2019, she obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong in 2020.

She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
