Monica Boccuzzi focuses on corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies in the context of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals of participations, in the drafting of by-laws, corporate resolutions, and legal opinions.
Before joining our Firm, she worked with leading international law firms with offices in Italy and abroad, dealing mainly with commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions and Banking and Financial Law.
After graduating in Law, with honours, from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, she carried out an internship at the Court of Rome and attended specialized courses focusing on civil, criminal and administrative law profiles; she also carried out an internship at the legal department of a major Italian bank.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
