Livia Saporito deals with consultancy in labour, social security and industrial relation matters, offering also assistance in case of litigation, towards Italian and foreign companies. She gained experienced in the main field of labour law, in particular in individual and collective dismissals, company’s reorganization and restructuring, dealing with employment and social security aspects of M&A transactions, transfer of business or part thereof.
She graduated in Law from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome in 2002. She is partner of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers Association – in Rome, where she attended the Specialization School in Employment Law.
Before starting her experience in the Law Firm, she has worked for a leading law firm specialized in Employment Law in Rome (2002 – 2003).
In 2006 – 2007 she has an academic cooperative position (i.e., “cultore della materia”) at Cassino University, Labour Law Course, Faculty of Educational Science, and she cooperates with Tor Vergata University in Rome as professor of Labour Law at the Master class “Elementi di diritto del lavoro” OSCUAI - Human Resources, since 2010.
In 2010, she has been visiting lawyer in the Employment Team of an international law firm in Bristol.
Livia is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
