Andrea Pezza works in the Antitrust and Regulatory Department.
Andrea regularly assists companies and associations in the proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority, as well as in the subsequent judicial actions brought before national Courts. Throughout the years, he has developed a specific expertise in the elaboration and implementation of antitrust compliance programs.
He graduated in Law "maxima cum laude" from the University of Naples “Federico II” (2011), specialised in EU Law at the same university (2012) and earned an LL.M. in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe of Bruges (2013). Andrea holds a Ph.D. in Economic Law at the University of Naples “Federico II” (2019), where he is also teaching assistant of European Union Law, and is author of various articles on competition law and European Union law.
Andrea is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
