Gaia specialises in M&A, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. She routinely advises private and public companies, domestic and international financial institutions, private equity funds in investment, acquisition, divestment transactions, as well as in any other extraordinary corporate transaction.
Gaia has significant experience in the management of corporate issues concerning joint-stock and limited liability companies as well as in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, by-laws, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, commercial agreements and legal opinions relating to corporate and commercial matters.
In the energy industry, Gaia has been involved in M&A transactions relating to renewables plants projects (wind and solar).
Before joining the Firm, Gaia gained experience working in the Corporate/M&A department of a primary international law firm in the New York office.
Gaia graduated, summa cum laude, from the Law School of the University of Messina in 2014 and subsequently attended the Academy of American and International Law (Texas, USA) in 2022.
She has been admitted to practice law in Italy.
She speaks Italian and English.
