Giuliana Santamaria is mainly involved in financing transactions for real estate and corporate acquisitions (also by means of public tender offers). She has been also involved in a variety of transactions, including assignment of receivables in pool, issue of bonds and debt restructuring.
In 2013 she graduated in Law with full marks from the University “Luigi Bocconi” of Milan with a thesis in insolvency law. In 2012 she gained experience abroad as exchange student at the School of Law of the University of Amsterdam.
After a collaboration as stagiaire in the Energy & Infrastructure department, she joined the firm in 2013 and she is currently an associate in the Banking & Finance department.
Giuliana is a member of the Milan Bar.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
