Giulia Simone focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border banking transactions, including acquisition financing and real estate financing, debt restructuring and NPLs transactions, assisting domestic and international companies and financial institutions.
She graduated in Law cum laude from the University of Rome LUISS Guido Carli in 2019.
She joined the “Erasmus” programme at University of Oslo (Norway) in 2016.
She speaks Italian and English.
