Emanuele Li Puma specialises in corporate law, financial markets law, public law of economics, public administration of the economics affairs, intervention of public bodies in economic affairs, banking and securities law, public procurement, judicial and extrajudicial activity in favour of pension funds and related trade associations (ADEPP, Assofondipensione) in all areas related to asset management.
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked for more than fifteen years for leading Italian law firms and before, he was an in-house legal expert in the General Affairs Department of one of the most important Italian Banking Group.
Emanuele graduated in law summa cum laude (1998) from "La Sapienza" University in Rome and later carried out research at the "Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht" (Hamburg).
He is a member of the Italian Bar since 2003 and is qualified to practice before the Supreme Courts.
Emanuele speaks Italian and English.
