He also assists Italian and foreign companies in the structuring of extraordinary transactions.
He earned a master's degree in Law from the “Roma Tre” University with a thesis on Golden Power (2018).
He participated in a study program at the London School of Economics in Commercial Law and International Contract (2018).
Before joining our firm, he worked for over a year with a firm in London specialising in all areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate and trust.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
