Rome, 15 July 2015 – Following the Partners’ meeting held on the 10th of July, Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners has appointed Luca Jeantet as a new Partner of the firm.
Luca works in the Insolvency & Reorganisations department, led by Gabriella Covino, which comprises a team of 12 Partners and 21 Associates. He specialises in commercial law and advises companies and financial institutions on restructuring and turnaround matters as well as on the management of international commercial relations. He has developed significant experience in insolvency law and is also an expert in M&A, in Italian and international contracts, and in banking.
A graduate in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University of Turin in 1999, he is the author of several publications on insolvency and corporate matters. He has held several university teaching positions and is a faculty member of the "Scuola Nazionale per Giuristi di Impresa" (National School for Corporate and Business Law Experts).
