Mara Galvani specialises in various matters related to transfer pricing and international taxation. In particular, she has developed specific competences in the documentation of intra-group transactions and preparation of economic analyses, as well as in the definition of transfer pricing policies.
Before working for the firm, Mara has worked for 6 years in the tax department of leading international firms and before that, in the tax departments of two big4 firms, in Italy and in Belgium, where she worked on indirect tax with a cross-border focus.
Mara has a Master degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano and she is member of the Italian Bar as of 2018.
She speaks Italian and English, French and Dutch.
