Chiara Bressan collaborates with the Litigation and Arbitration Department.
In particular, she provides assistance to major Italian and foreign companies in the main areas of civil law, providing "day by day" assistance with a focus not only on the area of judicial litigation (contractual and extra contractual liability), but also in the out of court (e.g., leasing, tender contracts, purchase and sale contracts). She is also active in the field of corporate and commercial law.
During her academic career, she did an internship at the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Criminal Court of Bologna, also obtaining an award from the Magnifico Rettore in recognition of her achievements in terms of university performance.
In July 2022, she graduated in Law with Honours from Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, with a dissertation focusing on Civil Procedural Law.
She is currently enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar and is also qualified as a substitute practitioner.
She speaks Italian and English.
