Giuseppe Ferrara is an expert in Litigation, Intellectual Property, Energy law and Labour law. He also focuses on Sports Law.
He is Director of the Master in International Business and Corporate Law at the Rome Business School where he is also a member of the Corporate Advisory Board and lecturer in Employment Law and Industrial Relations in the Executive Master in Human Resources Management. He also teaches in the Master in European Private Law at Sapienza University of Rome and in the Master in Business Law at Luiss Guido Carli University. He serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Slovenske Elektrarne a.s. in Bratislava. He is the Manager in charge of the Legal Area of Latina Calcio 1932 (Serie C-Lega Pro).
Giuseppe has a long professional and managerial experience having been the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Europe of the Enel Group, which he left at the end of 2022 and where in the past he had already held the roles of Legal Manager of Intellectual Property, Litigation, Labour Area, ICT and TLC Area as well as General Counsel of E-distribuzione S.p.A.
He was a member of several Compliance Bodies, a member of the Board of Directors of Enel Romania S.A. in Bucharest and a member of the Board of Directors and Strategic Committee of Enel Russia PJSC, a company listed on the Moscow Stock Exchange. He was editorial coordinator of the Rassegna giuridica dell'energia elettrica (Ed. Cedam) where he also published various articles.
Giuseppe graduated in Law in 1986 from the University of Salerno.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association and qualified to practice law before the Court of Cassation and Superior Jurisdictions.
He is a member of the Italian Association of Corporate Lawyers (AIGI) and the Italian Association of Sports Lawyers (AIAS).
He speaks Italian and English.
