Giulia Pitto is specialises in commercial contract and corporate litigation. In particular, she defends Italian and multinational companies in ordinary and arbitration proceedings. She has also achieved a relevant experience in the field of Commercial Law.
Before joining the Firm, she worked as assistant at the Court of Vicenza in 2021.
She is an assistant in Commercial Law at the University of Verona and lecturer at the "Postgraduate and Professional Training Course in Contracts for Business" (in the year 2022 – 2023 and 2023 – 2024) at the University of Verona. She graduated in Law at the University of Verona “magna cum laude” with a thesis on "Digital platforms and the Digital Markets Act: between competition law and unfair commercial practices". In June 2022, she is specialized in Banking Law (Advanced course in Banking Law) at the University of Verona.
In the 2020 – 2021 edition, she was the winner of the 'Construction Arbitration Moot' for the procedural part, held during the Milan Investment Arbitration Week.
She is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
