Marco Gatta specialises in acquisition financing, real estate financing and a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions in all area of Banking & Finance, on both lender and borrower side. In addition, he has an extensive experience in bond issuance and debt restructuring.
Marco graduated in Law, with honours, at “Università degli Studi di Catania". After that, he specialised in Civil and Commercial Law at “Anselmo Anselmi” in Rome.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
