Alessandro Magnifico is a banking lawyer based in Rome. He focuses on domestic and cross-border banking transactions, including acquisition financing, real estate financing and debt restructuring.
Alessandro advised international banks and companies on corporate and commercial law matters. His experience includes several high-profile energy and infrastructure deals.
Before joining the firm, Alessandro worked at a leading international law firm and was seconded, as in-house counsel, at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A., focusing mainly on lending transactions.
He graduated in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome in 2010 and he earned a post-graduate degree in “Financial Market Regulation” from the same university in 2013. Alessandro was awarded the academic achievement scholarship to attend the “Thesis Abroad Program” at the Brooklyn Law School in New York, in 2009.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Rome.
