Giacomo Marzolini is part of the Corporate/M&A department of the Firm. His activity is mainly focused on corporate and commercial law matters, including assistance in mergers and acquisitions. Before being part of our Firm, Giacomo worked at the Milan office of a leading UK law firm.
Graduated with honours in 2016 at the University of Trieste, Giacomo has been a visiting student at the University of Macau - 澳門大學 (S.A.R Macau – China), where he carried out research work for his dissertation thesis.
He took part to the 23rd edition of the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Court as part of the faculty team of the University of Trieste, which he then coached at the 24th edition.
Giacomo is a member of the Milan Bar (Italy).
He speaks Italian and English.
