SEARCH IN THE SITE:
Martina Gasparri joined the Environmental law department in 2016, where she provides assistance on environmental and energy law. In particular, she deals with regulatory issues related to air emissions, water discharges, waste management and clean-up procedures, as well as the Single Environmental Authorization and IPPC permit.
In 2017, she graduated in Law maxima cum laude from the University of Milan, with a research thesis on environmental law entitled “International negotiations on climate change: from Kyoto to Paris - Regulatory texts, implementation and prospects of implementation under comparison”.
In 2016, she served an internship, lasting four months, at our law firm, in the Environmental law team.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
