Francesca Di Lazzaro carries out her activity in the Intellectual Property, ITMT and Cybersecurity Department, focusing specifically on trademarks, copyright, patents and issues concerning the law of new technologies with reference to Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain.
Before joining the firm, Francesca collaborated with a leading Italian law firm, gaining experience in the field of civil and commercial law. She also carried out an internship in a leading Australian law firm, dealing with issues related to commercial law and intellectual property law.
She graduated with honors in law at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, presenting a dissertation on comparative copyright law.
Francesca also achieved with honors the II level master's degree at the Luiss Guido Carli University on "Competition and Innovation Law". She has now been appointed tutor of the same master since the academic year 2018/2019.
Francesca attended a course on Intellectual Property at the University of Cambridge, Downing College.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English and knows essential elements of Chinese language.
