Franco Zeppieri focuses both on M&A transactions and banking and commercial aspects of project finance transactions in the sectors of renewable energy, gas and natural resources and infrastructures.
He also provides his legal assistance to leading financial institutions and sponsors in the structuring of finance documents and security documents relating to financing transactions and in the drafting of the relevant commercial agreements.
He graduated in Law from “LUISS Guido Carli” University in 2020 and during his studies he attended the University of Mannheim as a Visiting Student.
He speaks Italian and English.
