Francesco focuses on administrative law and provides both judicial and extrajudicial assistance with particular regard to public procurement, public companies and concessions.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked with leading Italian professional firms specialized in administrative law.
Francesco graduated in law from the University of Milan in 2019, having discussed a thesis on the legal standing of independent administrative authorities, with respect to the National Anti-Corruption Authority.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association (Italy).
He speaks Italian and English.
