Martina La Palma specialises in tax law and advises large companies and multinational groups, investment funds and other Italian and foreign institutional investors in mergers and acquisitions, project finance transactions and other structured finance transactions. She also provides advice and assistance in transfer pricing and international taxation, in the activation of international dispute resolution, as well as in the management of tax audits and litigation, both domestically and internationally.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Martina worked in the tax department of a major international law firm.
In 2021, she graduated in Law at the University of Trento and, during her studies, she attended the faculty of law at the Universität Passau in Germany, where she had the opportunity to deepen her comparative knowledge of issues related to extraordinary transactions, international taxation and international disputes.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
