Leandro Leone works with the Banking & Finance team based in Rome. He specializes in banking & finance law and assists banks, finance companies and investment funds - Italian and foreign - in relation to structured finance transactions, including securitization transactions of assets (both performing and distressed) and sale processes of such assets.
Before joining the Firm, Leandro worked in the Rome and Milan offices of leading international and Italian law firms, specializing in structured finance and debt capital markets.
He graduated in Law from Libera Università degli Studi Sociali "LUISS" Guido Carli in 2018.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
