Gaetano Antonio Cinque has been working with the Firm since February 2024 within the Tax department, mainly performing activities in direct and indirect taxation, domestic and international taxation and tax litigation.
In the previous two years, he worked at a leading tax law firm located in Rome.
He received his Law Degree cum laude from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome in 2023 with a thesis on Cooperative Compliance and prospects of reform.
In 2023, he received a Master's degree in corporate liability and the prevention of tax crimes from 24Ore Business School.
He has been a member of the Rome Chamber of Tax Lawyers since 2022.
He is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
