Emanuele Panattoni is an expert in all the fields of Labour law, including Industrial relations, restructuring, outsourcing, agency relationships and health and safety at work.
He provides Italian and foreign clients with either judicial and extra-judicial assistance and has a significant experience also in top management agreements and incentive schemes in both private and public companies, as well in compliance matters, including organizational models pursuant to D.Lgs. 231/01 concerning administrative liabilities of legal entities.
He joined Gianni & Origoni in 2012, after a previous collaboration with the Firm from 2004 to 2006.
He graduated in Law from the University of Turin in 2003.
He speaks Italian and English.
