Giacomo Zennaro has gained significant experience in Administrative Law, with specific reference to public tenders, project financing, public-private partnerships, energy and infrastructures sectors, providing assistance, both on judicial and extrajudicial matters, to national and foreign companies as well as to public entities.
He has been speaking at several conferences on public tenders, concessions, public-private partnerships and energy efficiency matters, and he has published articles and audiovisual materials on energy law, energy efficiency, PPP and administrative litigation matters.
Graduated in Law, cum laude, from the “Università degli Studi di Milano” in 2008, prior to join Gianni & Origoni he gained experience working until 2011 in a leading Italian law firm specialized in Administrative Law.
In 2018, he attended the Academy of American and International Law specialization course at the CAILAW Center in Dallas, Texas.
Giacomo is a member of the Milan Bar since 2011.
He speaks Italian and English.
