Riccardo Sirito operates in commercial law, and, in particular, in restructuring and turnaround matters.
Before joining our firm, he collaborated with a well-known Turin-based boutique firm, specialized in commercial law, by handling turnaround matters and contract law especially.
He graduated in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University of Turin in 2011, with a commercial law dissertation titled “Derivative suits”.
He received the award “Toga D’Oro” of the Turin bar association for the best classified at the bar exam 2014/2015.
He has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2015.
He speaks Italian and English.
